Dynatrace Announces Pricing of Public Offering by Selling Stockholders

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dynatrace (NYSE: DT), the leader in unified observability and security, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders of Dynatrace. In addition, such selling stockholders have granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on November 17, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

BofA Securities is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
